It is a challenging time for any and all who experience stressful situations day in and day out. This 1/2 day course identifies risk factors that might impede resilience; What predicts psychological rsilience following a traumatice incident; and strategies to build resilience and facilitate recovery. Time is also spent discussing the dange of Cumulative Stress and Moral Injury.
