Description
Prerequisite - Attendees must have completed IDC certification prior to attending or currently be a certified LESB instructor. Unless you receive a waiver from T&S regarding attending IDC due to COVID-19.
Please email a completed DJ-LE-336 form (with attached ACADIS training records and IDC certificate) to mashenfelter1@wctc.edu at least one week prior to the beginning of the course.
A completed Skills Competency Checklist is no longer needed.
