Description

This course is designed for the law enforcement officer that has limited knowledge in the area of narcotics investigations and is interested in the current techniques and tactics. This training is designed for both the patrol officer and new investigator.

Upon completion of this training, each participant will be able to understand the concepts of basic narcotics investigations and have a working knowledge of them.

    Instructor:

    Jed Sperry is a 32 year veteran in law enforcement serving 26 years as Special Agent with the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation, where he worked as an undercover narcotics agent for 9 years and 17 years as Special Agent in Charge of a Regional Narcotics Office. He was also the Chief Tactical Officer for the Division of Criminal Investigation and responsible for the tactical training program. He holds numerous Master Instructor Certifications and other Instructor Certifications in a wide variety of law enforcement area. He is considered to be and has been utilized as, an expert in narcotic enforcement investigations and substance abuse training. During his career, Special Agent in Charge Sperry has trained thousends of federal, state and local law enforcement officers in the area of narcotcs and controlled substances.
