Spring 2019 Semester Courses
Total Body Fitness Workout
Blend cardio, strength and flexibility for a total body workout. In each class, complete three 15-minute segments: cardio to burn calories and build endurance, strength to build fat-burning muscle and healthy bones, and flexibility to lengthen muscles and keep joints moving freely.
