Create irresistible muffins, donuts and pancakes without grain! In this hands-on cooking course, learn how coconut, seeds and nuts can take the place of traditional flours while satisfying your cravings. Plus, all recipes are lower in carbohydrates and gluten free! Note: The kitchen lab is not a gluten-free environment.
