Health Requirements

• Physical exam within one year of starting clinical courses to ensure the student can perform all expected functions
• Tdap (due every 10 years)
• MMR (2 vaccines or 1 positive titer)
• Varicella (2 vaccines or 1 positive titer)
• Hep B (3 vaccines, 1 positive titer, or waiver)
• Annual Flu shot recommended
• CPR/BLS for the Healthcare Provider
• Dental cleaning within one year prior to starting clinical courses
