Delivery Information
Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction on all materials for 30 days
from your receipt. The purchase price minus shipping and handling
charges will be refunded if you return the materials. We ask
that you return the product and learning packages in the condition
in which they arrived and include a copy of your invoice.
Foreign Orders
Please submit in U.S. funds and add an additional 10% for
shipping and handling. Foreign orders will be shipped by air
mail.
30-Day Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with the materials, send them
back and we'll send you a refund for the purchase price, minus
shipping and handling charges. Decide right away or take up to
30 days after you receive the materials and tapes. We understand
that buying via mail is an act of trust. We want to be worthy

Limitations of Use
These videotapes are sold conditionally,
to be used only the by individual or organization acquiring
the tapes from Waukesha County Technical College. The Purchaser
has the unrestricted right to duplication of the materials
for use in presentations under the direct supervision of the
Purchaser. They may not be altered or broadcast in any manner.
The Provider retains each and every right including, but not
limited to, all copyrights and proprietary rights. Purchaser
agrees to hold harmless the provider for any and all liability
which may arise because of the use of these materials. Exceptions
may be made only with prior written approval from Waukesha
County Technical College. Our organization agrees to abide
by the Limitations of Use.
