Emergency Medical Technician - Basic
About the Program
| 4-credit technical diploma EMT Basic gives students the skills to assess and manage all types of medical illnesses and traumatic injuries. Airway management, bleeding and shock, emergency childbirth and automatic external defibrillation are just a few of topics covered. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to take the National Registry examination to become a licensed EMT in Wisconsin. |
