Nursing Assistant Informational Video:
No application is required for this program.
Learn fundamental nursing skills by
watching demonstrations, viewing films,
discussing theory and practicing in the
nursing lab in this 120-hour program.
After mastering the skills, students will
practice them on patients in a nursing
home or hospital setting under the
supervision of an instructor. The Nursing
Assistant program provides a base for
employment and helps students make
future education and career decisions.
The State of Wisconsin Department of
Health and Social Services approves this
program as meeting the federal and state
regulations for nursing assistant training.
Upon successful completion of the
Nursing Assistant program, graduates
will be eligible to take the state exam
which allows the student to be placed on
the Nursing Assistant Registry in the state
of Wisconsin.
