1. Complete the General College Admissions Process
   
   
2. View the Medical Coding online informational meeting.
   
   
3. Submit completed Background Disclosure, Wisconsin Criminal History, and Release of Information forms to the Allied Health Department in H101, along with a check / money order for $8.00 made payable to WCTC.
   
   
4. After you receive your Program Planning Session (PPS) Letter from Admissions please use the link provided in the letter to sign up for that PPS.
   
   
5. View Functional Abilities for this career – you will sign off that you have read and understand these abilities during your PPS. These abilities will also be assessed as part of your program physical exam.
