Get Started at WCTC

1. Complete the General College Admissions Process
   
   
2. Submit completed Background Disclosure, Wisconsin Criminal History, and Release of Information forms to the Allied Health Department in H101, along with a check / money order for $8.00 made payable to WCTC.
   
   
3. Make an appointment with the counselor for a Program Planning Session (PPS) at 262.691.5161 after you receive your letter from the admissions office.
   
   
4. Complete Health Requirements as per policy.
   
   
5. View Functional Abilities for this career – you will sign off that you have read and understand these abilities during your PPS with the program counselor
