The WCTC Blackboard Help Desk can answer your questions concerning problems with the Blackboard system. If you are having problems with your login and cannot access your course please fill out the Blackboard Help Request Form. Our goal is to respond as quickly as possible and by no later than the end of the next business day from which your help request is submitted.
For live technical support please call our Blackboard Help Desk at 262.691.5361. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 10:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. In the event that you cannot login, please contact Ren Rodee (262.691.7863).
