807-630 Qi Gong - The Next Step
Take your Qi Gong energy flow to the next step. Qi Gong's rhythmic exercises mimic the gentle movements from nature, especially the fluidity of water. Using simple breathing, Qi Gong can relieve stress, boost the immune system and enhance the body's own abilities to heal. A variety of styles will be practiced. It is strongly recommended that students come for both classes (Qi Gong for Energy and Healing and Qi Gong the Next Step) to increase the health benefits, flow of energy and enjoyment. These ancient movements are the basis for Tai Chi.
