Study power electronics devices along with their applications in control and power conversion. Enhance your knowledge of semiconductor devices and gain a solid exposure to various four-layer devices including thyristors. Additional devices including IGBTs, UJTs and PUTs are also discussed. Theory is supported through relative, hands-on laboratory activities.
