All WCTC Students, Instructors and Staff members should have a WCTC myCard.
Your first card is free. Replacement cards and tags are $10 each.
The Service Desk located inside the Library in room C220. The hours of operation when students are present are Monday - Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
At this time students are not required to have a myCard but the benefits of having a myCard are many such as:
If your myCard is an older one please stop by the Service Desk and get a new one at no charge.
If you lose your card, immediatiatly go to the Service Desk or call 262.691.5555 to have the staff assist you with replacement of your myCard.
You are responsible for the use of your WCTC myCard. Don't lend your card to others. Unauthorized use or use by a party other than the person identified on the WCTC myCard is tampering or alteration. Please report any misuse to the Service Desk office.
To ensure the durability of your card, please refrain from washing the card or bending/damaging the card. Any time there is physical damage to your card where it is unable to be used, you will need to get a new card which you will be charged a $10.00 non-refundable replacement fee.
