"I love math and I love working with students. Learning math requires a patient teacher and a lot of effort. If you are willing to put in the effort, I am willing to explain the concepts to you. Your success is my goal!"

"I believe all students can learn math if they understand how the concepts fit together. I learned math by breaking problems into logical steps that I can think my way through. My goal is to teach students methods to think their way to the solutions."

Teaching Philosophy

"I teach math because I enjoy it! I want my students to become aware of just how much mathematics plays a part in their everyday lives. I attempt to remove the ‘fear’ of math by stressing that math, even though it can be tedious and challenging at times, is a fun skill to acquire. I want my students to believe that if they continue to learn math, their lives will become better."
