WCTC offers free, confidential counseling services for all students. Counseling can empower you to accomplish your mental health, wellness, education and career goals, improve your ability to make healthy decisions, and enhance your relationships. Our counselors can help address:

  • Anxiety, depression, stress and loneliness
  • Transition to college
  • Fitting in and feeling accepted
  • Relationship concerns with partner, friends and family
  • Thoughts of harming self or others
  • Eating disorders
  • Grief and loss
  • Difficulties with alcohol and other drugs
