This course applies legal principles to your business. The following business organizations and how each affects you will be presented: corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, S corporations and sole proprietorships. In addition, the following topics will be presented: business operations such as direction and collections, business continuity planning and basic business contract law, purchasing a business, franchises and employment considerations.Prerequisite(s)
