145-445 FaSTart Workshop
Get your business off to a Fast Start in this informal 4-hour workshop designed to give you the specific step-by-step guidance you need to launch your new venture the right way. Meet other entrepreneurs just like you who are trying to get their small business off the ground and learn the "ropes" from a real-world expert who has "been there and done that". Most importantly, you'll learn what it really takes to get your venture started without all the normal headaches. Get straight answers to your tough questions: What are the differences between LLC's and Corporations? What licenses and permits do I need? Do I need a business plan and where do I start? How do I get my business financed? What resources are out there to help me succeed? Every aspiring entrepreneur should attend a basic FaSTart Workshop in addition to completing the comprehensive courses in the Small Business Certificate program.Prerequisite(s)
