Alumni Award Nomination Form

WCTC is seeking nominations for Outstanding Alumni Nominations. Nominations will be accepted until March 1, 2014 and the chosen alumnus/alumna notified by April 1st. This award will be presented at the May 17th commencement ceremony, held at the WCTC Pewaukee campus.

To be eligible, individuals must:

  • Have obtained an associate's degree, technical diploma, or apprenticeship from WCTC
  • Demonstrate leadership and service in their profession and/or community
  • In word and deed, support the mission of the college
  • Be able to attend the awards presentation, traditionally held at the May commencement ceremony
  • Not currently serving on the WCTC District Board at the time of nomination
