Case Study: Implementation of Infosilem Software at WCTC
Many organizations embark on implementing new planning and scheduling software programs to achieve operational efficiencies.
What started as a challenge to address the five minute pass-time between classes for students and faculty evolved to become a large scale software implementation. In order to provide students with conflict free schedules and ensure that they complete their programs of study in reasonable time frames, WCTC sought a solution to create efficiencies in the course scheduling process.
Join Brad Piazza, dean of WCTC’s School of Business, as he describes WCTC’s approach to this challenge, and engage in a discussion about navigating large-scale process and culture change.
