New Student Orientation
Students are required to attend a New Student Orientation session to gain an overview of WCTC programs and services, learn about financial aid/scholarship opportunities, learn how to register for classes, and meet your campus leaders. Students will not be able to register for classes until they attend one of the fall New Student Orientations. Holds on records will be released the following business day.
You will need your WCTC username and password (default password is your student ID, unless you have logged in and changed it) in order to register for New Student Orientation and the process of registering for a session will take approximately 15 minutes, so be sure to allow yourself enough time. If you are having difficulty logging in, please contact the Service Desk at 262.691.5555.
New Student Orientations will run on various dates from October 18, 2014 – January 12, 2015. You will be given various dates to choose from to attend. Sessions will run from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 pm or 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Students are allowed to bring up to 1 guest. Young children and infants should not be brought to Orientation, as the session lasts over 5 hours.
You must stay for the entire 5 hour orientation for the registration hold to be released.
A $10 NSO fee will be billed to your student account upon registration. There will also be a $10 fee assessed for your guest if you choose to bring one.
Please contact the Student Life Office at 262.691.5302 for more information or if you require special accommodations for this session.
The fall orientations are for newly admitted spring 2015 program students.
