Flourless Baking: Desserts

Course Description

Create delicious cakes, cookies and desserts without grain! In this hands-on cooking course, learn how almonds, walnuts and coconut can take the place of traditional flours while satisfying your cravings. Plus, all recipes are lower in carbohydrates and gluten free! Note: The kitchen lab is not a gluten free environment.
