Fat-burning Foods

Course Description

Burning fat does not mean skipping meals or starving yourself. Starvation will cause your body to burn muscle and actually store more fat. In this hands-on cooking course, you will learn how to plan and prepare the top six fat-burning foods so your body will be burning fat ALL DAY LONG.
